After serving the Laramie community for 26 years, the Rev. Sally Palmer of St. Paul’s United Church is retiring.

“When I started work at St. Paul’s on a cold January day of 1983, I was celebrated as a woman clergy,” Palmer said. “It was clear when I came to St. Paul’s that they welcomed a woman.”
